Selling...Did You Know?

If you're selling your home and want to cancel the bond, you must give 90 days notice.

The banks will charge a penalty for early termination of the bond.

There are exceptions to the rule.

The bond will only be cancelled after a conveyancer requests the final figures from the bank.

Rentals...Did You Know?

We do a full photo ingoing inspection as well as a full photo moving out inspection.

Supporting my mission of PROFFESIONAL FAIRNESS, this is to protect both the Landowner as well as the Tenant with regards to fair wear and tear and damages to the property and cost liability.

Did you know failing to do a residential Ingoing inspection there is no proof of the property condition and no damages can be claimed from the deposit?
